Working together with the Facilities Caretaker, this position is based at Stockland Halcyon Berwick, located in Berwick. A full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
Be part of the ever-growing facilities team, who help to promote a positive environment within Stockland Halcyon's communities, through the on-going maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general facilities needs and engagement with the homeowners.
**About the role**
- Responsible for maintenance of the common area grounds including pool and gardens
- General maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Cleaning of recreation and common areas
- Ensuring the setting is safe for both staff and homeowners
- Oversee on-site security
- Other ad hoc, general tasks as required
**About you**
- Experienced in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance
- Background working within a community/lifestyle environment such as retirement living, caravan parks, resort facilities, schools, motels/hotels would be an advantage
- Hold a current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle for commuting to/from work
