CLS staff provide a range of resources and assistance to students with disabilities and additional learning needs, working alongside classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Salary: Level 4 $***** per hour – averaged (term-time only)
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated excellence in providing learning support
Highly organised and flexible to changing timetables or arrangements
Highly skilled and effective in all areas of communication
Experience in providing support in a team environment with the ability to be self-directed
Understanding of confidentiality
Ability to use technology in a variety of formats
Passion, willingness or experience in working with students
Understanding or willingness to learn the requirements of the NCCD relevant to this role
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Current First Aid and CPR
Certificate III or Equivalent Qualifications in Education Support or equivalent to 5 years of Experience (preferred) or currently undertaking a Bachelor or Masters of Education or Social Work
NSW Working with Children Check
Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check
Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve
