What we are looking for:
We're seeking an energetic library leader who thrives on people, service excellence, and making every branch experience exceptional.
What your day will look like:
* Plan and organise Circulation Services branch rosters and operations for the Maryborough, Tiaro, Howard and Burrum Heads libraries
* Coordination of branch library procedures and maintenance.
* Lead branch library team, including casual cohort, in provision of exceptional library customer service across the region.
* Monitoring Circulation Services technologies and equipment at branches

What you'll need for success:
* Qualified Librarian (AQF Level 7 or above) with eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.
* Relevant work experience in a public library environment, including supervision of staff.
* Relevant experience in public library customer service delivery including associated circulation technology and equipment.
* Current Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain one.
What's nice to have:
* Experience in a public library multi-branch environment preferably with public library experience in customer services and branch operations.
