About the role
Direct2U Law and Conveyancing is seeking a skilled and experienced Family and Property Law Solicitor to join our growing team in Wyong, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing high-quality legal services to our clients, specialising in family and property law matters.
What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal maintenance and property settlements
* Managing a diverse caseload of family and property law matters from initial client consultation through to resolution
* Representing clients in court proceedings and mediations
* Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
* 5+ years experience working as a solicitor, with a focus on family and property law
* Excellent knowledge of family and property law legislation, procedures and best practices
* Strong negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
* Exceptional communication and client service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
