As a valued member of the Medicine Department, you will play a crucial role in managing patients with multiple active co-morbidities or undifferentiated illness requiring ongoing hospital care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for complex patients.
* Maintain currency of specialist qualification through regular Continuing Medical Education and adhere to the credentialing and scope of practice requirements defined by AWH.
* Promote a customer-focused approach to service delivery by developing and implementing initiatives for continuous quality improvement within the designated area of work.
Requirements:
* A primary medical qualification registered or registrable with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians including advanced training.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
* Meets the Credentialing and Scope of Practice requirements as defined by AWH, based on Department of Health's Credentialing and Defining the Scope of Clinical Practice for Medical Practitioners in Victorian Health Services.
