* Proactively recruiting and onboarding casual nurss, ensuring efficient, high-quality placements and a positive candidate experience.
* Collaborating with your recruitment operations team to convert candidates into active workers and meet urgent client needs efficiently.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance, and performance targets to support workforce growth and retention.
Role Details:
* Full-time hybrid position (2 days WFH)
* Office located near Town Hall Station
* Monday to Friday schedule

About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, drive, and a commitment to delivering staffing excellence. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience recruiting in nurses (highly regarded, but not essential)
* A strong background in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality placements
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Initiative and confidence to work both independently and within a team
* Previous experience in a commercial call centre, sales, or recruitment setting
