We are looking to build our care team with experienced Home Care Workers/Caregivers/Support Workers to work in the areas of Kingston, Sandy Bay, Margate, Huonville, Cygnet and surrounds.
We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home care options to a variety of clients who are ageing, have a disability or have been recently discharged from hospital.

About the Role
Making Lives Better® and Happier Ageing® are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits can vary from short to longer and be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekends and Public Holidays in order to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
· Provide a premium care experience to our clients and their families that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
· Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, manual handling, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
· Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
· Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely as per the clients care plan.
· Complete all tasks as requested and maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation.

Skills & Experience
· Passionate about making a difference.
· Current caregiving experience is required preferably in home care or community care
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
· The skills to care for clients with complex medical needs but also be coachable and willing to be trained
· Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
· Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to travel to and from the client's homes.
Mandatory Requirements
· Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability
· National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
· Working With Vulnerable People Registration
· CPR and First Aid Certificate
· NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
· NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
