Our organization is looking for a talented HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time, casual basis for three months with a view to permanent employment. This role will see you working at our office in Preston from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to managers and employees throughout the recruitment process, including selection, onboarding, and offboarding. You will also be tasked with setting up new staff members in various systems and maintaining accurate records of employee data. Additionally, you will provide training to managers and staff, develop training programs, and offer ongoing support to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* At least one year of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably with both
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
* A degree or diploma in HR, Business, or Business Administration (though not essential)
* Solid technical skills and a good understanding of HR systems and processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
* An eye for detail and strong organizational skills
