You will work closely with facilitators, program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement programs are delivered consistently and professionally around the world. You'll be the operational engine behind enablement-owning scheduling, logistics, communications, and session coordination-so our facilitators and subject matter experts can focus on delivering exceptional learning experiences. What You'll Do at Pega: Keep Enablement Running Like Clockwork Coordinate the day-to-day logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid enablement sessions Manage schedules, calendars, enrollments, session setup, materials, and recordings Ensure sessions start on time, run smoothly, and deliver a great experience for learners Support Facilitators & Subject Matter Experts Take the administrative and logistical load off facilitators so they can focus on teaching and coaching Prepare rosters, facilitator briefs, and session materials Be the go-to operational support during live sessions Create a Great Learner Experience Own learner communications-from invites and reminders to follow-ups and recordings Make sure learners have the right access, tools, and materials before each session Help reduce no-shows, confusion, and last-minute issues through clear communication and planning Track, Report & Improve Track attendance, completion, and feedback across programs Maintain clean, accurate records in enablement systems Help identify ways to improve processes, templates, and run-of-show checklists Help Scale Global Enablement Support programs across multiple regions and time zones Assist with partner enablement sessions that require extra coordination across companies and audiences Contribute to repeatable, scalable enablement operations Who You Are: You are a dependable, organized professional who takes pride in operational excellence.
