Overview
Our busy cafe in Morley is looking for a customer focused Front of House Manager to assist the Director in the day‐to‐day running of the cafe.
Responsibilities
* Managing and leading the team, delegating tasks and ensuring everything is completed to the highest standard.
* Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through food, drink, service and overall vibe.
* Stock checking and ordering.
* Assisting with social media (photos/videos etc).
* Working in partnership with the Kitchen leader and Director.
* Maintaining a positive, high‐energy, upbeat attitude.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and attention to detail.
Schedule
Thursday to Monday 6.15am – 2.30pm. The cafe is open Monday to Friday 6.30am – 2.00pm, Saturdays 7am – 2pm and Sundays 8am – 1pm. Occasional private functions and workshops.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
* At least 3 years barista experience (desired).
Benefits and Commitment
This is a long‐term position and a part‐time contract of 35 hours per week will be offered to the right applicant.
