What You'll Be Doing:

You're the trusted point of contact — building strong relationships and understanding what success looks like for each client.
* Onboarding Pro:
Help new clients hit the ground running — make setup smooth, training easy, and value obvious from day one.
* Problem Solver:
No blockers too big. You'll jump in, troubleshoot quickly, and make clients feel supported (and heard).
* Value Driver:
Keep clients seeing wins. Proactively show how Saphyroo helps them hit KPIs, deliver results, and stay ahead.
* Voice of the Client :
Feed insights back into our product and sales teams so we're always evolving based on real-world needs.
