The Opportunity
At Infinite Aged Care, we pride ourselves on providing an environment that encourages and enables residents to remain independent. Our Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff are highly visible and play a key role in achieving this at our Wyoming facility.
Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner. About You
At Infinite Aged Care, we hire based on attitude and aptitude; experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. What is essential is that you are resident/customer centric and able to think on your feet. You should have effective communication skills that build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues. Additionally, you will:
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
* Or have completed the first year of nursing studies and associated placement
* Have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Be available to work a variety of shifts
* Have a proactive attitude toward identifying and preventing safety hazards
* Hold current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates
* Have the right to work in Australia
