Description: 
As an Inventory Controller at MUJI Retail (Australia), you will play a crucial role within the Inventory Control department. This permanent full time position offers an exciting chance to contribute to the smooth operation of our inventory management. Your responsibilities will include: 
Develop allocation plans by division based on sales, inventory and store needs 
Ensure proper balance of inventory across all stores and eCommerce within the Australian Market 
Collaborate with the warehouse to prioritise orders through receiving, and shipping when necessary to protect sakes trends and inventory levels 
Oversee and manage inventory functions using internal systems 
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and identify potential improvements 
Collaborate with stores on matters such as pricing, promotion items and sales related enquiries 
Collaborate with the wider Store Support Service team to understand and align inventory requirements for face map control plans

Skills and Experiences: 
Tertiary qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential 
A robust understanding of the allocation process is preferred but not essential 
Advanced Excel skills, PC and other MS Office Suite 
Advanced data analysis, reporting skills and strong data accuracy 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail 
Excellent time management skills with an ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently
