Overview of the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Services professional to join our Retail Client Services Team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of financial services, develop skills and experience, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.

* Responsibilities:
* Process applications, maturities, and withdrawals for clients within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Review and vet incorrect forms and requests, following up via email and outgoing phone calls to investors and financial advisors.
* Identify and escalate priority issues with Leaders for prompt resolution.
Requirements:
* A finance-related discipline qualification or equivalent experience.
* At least 12 months' customer service experience (not limited to financial services).
* Confident and professional written communication skills.
* Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
