We are seeking a proactive and people-focused
People and Culture Advisor
to join our team and play a key role in delivering practical, high-quality HR support across the business. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
About The Role
For this fixed term role, you will be responsible for providing operational Human Resources advice, support and services to management and employees across the business, with a focus on strategic projects to build on and improve our business.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will
* Have experience in the HR field, be a good relationship builder who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic operating environment.
* Knowledge of the People & Culture environment including recruitment, performance, learning and development, organisational structure, role design and disciplinary processes.
* Understanding of the implementation of change management for new initiatives and improvement of existing processes.
* Knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices, policies and procedures.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Have outstanding attention to detail as this role is involved in recording and monitoring human resource systems, processes and metrics.
About You
You are a confident and approachable HR professional who builds trust and strong working relationships. You balance empathy with sound judgement and are comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR or People and Culture advisory role
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
* A collaborative mindset and a commitment to positive workplace culture
