About You
Driven and collaborative by nature you will bring 2+ years of sales or sales support experience along with high energy and a go‐getter attitude. With a sound understanding of backend and CRM ERP systems, you will take ownership of the role liaising with dealers and customers across the Kelly network. In this office‐based role with some occasional travel, you will have a high level of communication skills both verbal and written, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, or related fields. Ideally you will have some exposure to the agricultural or machinery industries, or a similar technical sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for inside sales, providing support to internal teams and external dealers by:
* Building and maintaining strong dealer and customer relationships
* Managing the customer pipeline and ensuring a high level of customer support throughout the sales process
* Providing support in warranty administration and spare parts
* Working closely with the 2 Sales Managers to add value to dealers and customers primarily across Australia, and also New Zealand and South Africa
