Key Responsibilities: Complex Commercial Litigation : Manage a diverse caseload across contractual, shareholder, regulatory, and insolvency disputes. Client Strategy & Advisory : Provide high-level strategic advice to corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Regulatory & Investigatory Matters: Act on cases involving ASIC, ACCC, ATO, and other regulatory bodies. L eadership & Mentoring : Guide and develop junior lawyers while collaborating closely with the Partner. Business Development : Strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
