Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented, suitably qualified Accountant to join a well-established business on the Central Coast.
This is a hands-on role responsible for the efficient and accurate management of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, product costings, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll (50+ employees), including superannuation, allowances, and entitlements
* Maintain employee records, contracts, and onboarding documentation
* Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and Fair Work requirements
* Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt collection
* Perform bank, credit card, and financial reconciliations
* Maintain financial records and internal controls
* Support product costing, reporting, and financial analysis
* Assist with insurance, workers compensation, and financial reporting requirements
About You:
* Accounting degree (Bachelor of Commerce or similar)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong payroll experience, including Award interpretation
* Advanced Excel skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and team-focused approach
* Full Australian working rights
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
Desirable:
* Experience with MYOB Acumatica (formerly MYOB Advanced)
