We are seeking a Global Director – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning to join our Melbourne team.The Movember Institute of Men's Health's mission is to elevate men’s health awareness and strengthen Movember’s leadership in the sector. To achieve this, the Institute collaborates with key partners to advocate for and implement policy and practice reforms that improve understanding, investment, and services for boys’ and men’s health, reducing health inequities among sub-populations.The Global Director – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning will report to the Global Director of the Movember Institute of Men’s Health and work closely with key leaders, including the Executive Director of Programs and the Global Director of Advocacy.This role involves overseeing Movember’s Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning team to support projects and programs in achieving the organization’s charitable goals. It combines hands-on activity with team leadership, providing internal consultative support to program teams, managing external evaluation partners, and liaising with stakeholders to disseminate evaluation outcomes.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, conducting, and translating monitoring and evaluation studies relevant to the Institute’s cause areas.
