Key Job Details:

We are looking for a skilled individual to lead our Voice of Customer analysis and reporting efforts.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to extract valuable insights from customer feedback surveys, complaints, mystery shopper programs, and customer usage behavior.

* Analyze customer feedback surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Report on customer complaints and mystery shopper findings to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to address customer pain points
* Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements:

* Proven experience in analyzing and reporting on customer experience data
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
