We are seeking a passionate and quirky individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a representative of our hotel, you will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience from check-in to departure.
The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling transactions, preparing group arrivals, operating telephones, securely storing and delivering guest luggage, and delivering items to rooms promptly.
