Casual Pick Packer – Hazelmere
We are seeking highly motivated and safety-focused Pick Packers to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Hazelmere.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in similar environments, can work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines — all while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What we're looking for:
* Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
* Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy
* Ability to exceed KPIs without compromising safety
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
* Current WA driver's licence with reliable transport
* Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
Key responsibilities:
* Safely picking, packing, and checking products
* Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment
* Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping of products
* Maintaining clean and organised work areas (safety starts with housekeeping)
* Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
