Job Title: Store Operations Manager

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. This includes leading and developing a team of retail specialists, motivating them to reach their full potential, and providing a genuine service that creates lasting impressions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of retail specialists* Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded* Motivate and support team members to reach their full potential* Provide a genuine service that creates lasting impressions for customers* Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, as well as being a brand ambassador with strong community, team, and customer connections* Safeguard a safe work environment for yourself, team, and customers

Requirements:
* Be a passionate customer service expert* Motivate team members to shine, develop, and succeed* Have experience in store operations management and success leading and engaging a team* Familiarity with dual format sales environments, trade products, or multi-network operations* Possess flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred)* Physically capable of performing duties, including handling heavy products* Strong mix of leadership and management qualities* Ability to motivate and inspire teams* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment* Continuous learning and professional development* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences* Creativity and innovation in solving problems* Ability to lead by example* Willingness to take on new challenges and learn from mistakes* Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions* Effective time management and prioritization skills* Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* High level of integrity and honesty* Commitment to upholding company values and policies* Continuous improvement and growth mindset
