This is a key leadership role where you will oversee mechanical activities and lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites in the Surat Basin.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
* Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
* Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
What you will bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a site-based supervisor role.
* Australian Mechanical trade qualification.
* Proven experience supervising mechanical teams.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources effectively.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver under tight shutdown deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
