The exciting transition from ACFI to AN-ACC ensures a focus on helping senior Australians achieve their restorative care goals through programs that promote innovation and quality services, without the prescriptive nature of pain management. These models play to the strengths of the broader Physio and OT skill set. This role will see you doing: Consumer centred assessments, therapy and outcomes Individualised reablement and restorative interventions Pain management, falls prevention and evidenced based exercise programs Equipment prescription and safety assessments As a AHPRA registered Physiotherapist we require that you have full working rights in Australia. To work within Residential Aged care, you require a National NDIS Worker Screening Check (with online NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality, Safety and You” certificate), current Influenza vaccination and evidence of COVID vaccination.
