About the role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessor who can facilitate nationally recognised training courses. The role involves delivering training both at client locations and at our sites in Tasmania, and developing new training course materials and writing training plans for our clients.
Our areas of expertise include Height Safety, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Fire Warden, Work Health and Safety, First Aid, Emergency Response Training, Vertical Rescue Training, Fire Team Training, and First Aid Training.
Responsibilities
* Conduct highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions on‑site at client locations and at FSA offices.
* Conduct training sessions at our public training course venues.
* Travel within your state to support our team when required.
Qualifications
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (latest TAE with LLN competencies).
* Exceptional organisational, delivery and time‑management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
* A strong safety culture.
* A self‑starter who is reliable and can travel as required.
