Job Summary:
The successful candidate will oversee the operations of a skilled workshop team, driving efficiency and productivity through process improvements and effective management.
* Coordinate and manage the workshop team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Identify and implement efficiencies across vehicle fleet maintenance, equipment repair schedules, inventory and stock management, deliveries, and safety
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain plant and equipment in a safe and functional workshop environment
Provide key workforce and inventory communications and reporting
Manage fleet vehicles according to servicing and cleaning schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a technical workshop role with trade skills background such as maintenance, auto-tech, automotive, boiler maker or similar
* Demonstrated team management, stock and inventory management experience
* Intermediate computer skills or above
