Job Title: Financial Analyst
Ringwood Property Services, a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering excellence in Janitorial and Cleaning services Industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. The role involves supporting financial operations and heading the division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of annual financial reports including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Financial reporting and analysis on portfolios forecast and actual financial performance.
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS and payments as well as reconciliation of GST outgoings and incomings.
• Monitoring bookkeeping, assets management, and budget project costing.
• Preparation of month end report, management of accounts receivable/payable.
• Review of the financial statements.
• Development, implementation, and updating of all financial policies and procedures including internal control procedures.
• Project costing and capital asset evaluation.
• Formulation of organisational budgetary and accounting policies.
• Ensuring statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
• Analysis and reporting of company income and expenditure.
• Provision of assurance about the accuracy of the information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum master's degree in accounting or finance.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry is mandatory.
• Prior experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team with healthcare providers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills.
