* We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality building information modelling solutions.

This is a critical role that will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective BIM strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:



* To manage and coordinate the development of 2D CAD drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and other industry-standard software packages.

* To collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, construction teams to ensure accurate data exchange for design coordination purposes; review software integration improvements regularly (e.g., IoT device support)

* Conduct regular audits on all projects to identify areas where we can improve our processes. Coordinate necessary updates internally among teams when identified opportunities exist at every level within their respective departments!
