We are seeking a mechanically minded factory hand to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to assist with various tasks in our factory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain factory machinery and equipment
* Assist with assembly, production, and packaging tasks
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
* Ensure a clean and safe working environment
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
