Margaret River Motors is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our dynamic automotive team in our Margaret River, WA 6285 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, including servicing, maintenance and repairs
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles
* Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide realistic solutions
* Maintain detailed records of work completed
* Ensure a safe and clean work environment
* Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
What we're looking for
* Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
* Certificate III Automotive qualification is required for this position
* Minimum 3 years' experience working as a mechanic in the automotive industry
* Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and technical skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Current driver's licence
* Australian citizenship is required for this role
