Jaws Buckets & Attachments is a leading Australian manufacturer of buckets, attachments, and engineered solutions for the mining sector. We are seeking an experienced Store & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, stores, and production functions at our Archerfield head office.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, this role is critical to ensuring materials are procured efficiently, inventory is accurately controlled, and workshop operations are supported to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
The Responsibilities
* Coordinate material requirements across production schedules and job priorities
* Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
* Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and deliveries
* Follow up and expedite outstanding purchase orders
* Support stores operations including receipting, issuing, and stock control
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Maintain ERP system data (Epicor or similar)
* Support continuous improvement in purchasing and inventory processes
About You
* Experience in materials coordination, purchasing, inventory, or stores in manufacturing or engineering
* Strong understanding of purchasing and supplier coordination
* Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively with production and office teams
* Must have Australian Work Rights
* Must hold a valid Manual Drivers Licence and Forklift licence
