The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our thriving Blue Collar Recruitment team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales and client management professional who thrives in building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
You will be supporting our clients along the North-West region in Victoria expanding our supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing opportunities. You will have day one access to our established client base, giving you the tools to bill immediately, whilst continuing to grow your portfolio through continual relationship building.
This is a hands on, candidate and client-facing role with live jobs to fill and plenty of scope to fine tune your craft. You will deliver exceptional end to end temp and contract talent solutions while focusing on building your client base.

What you will bring
If you are an experienced, agency-based Recruiter, with more than 5 years' experience working in a 360-degree role - we want to hear from you Prior exposure to specialising within blue collar disciplines such as supply chain, logistics and manufacturing will be highly regarded.
You will bring a people-first mindset when it comes to developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, continually growing your portfolio through outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from client acquisition to candidate placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Source, screen, and interview high‑calibre candidates using multiple channels
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insights to clients
* Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end placement process
* Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records and ensure compliance
* Stay up to date with market trends and salary benchmarking
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance administration
* Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in blue collar agency recruitment running a temp desk
* Strong record of achieving placement targets and growing your portfolio
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A driven, goal‑oriented mindset
* Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
* Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders
* Actively engage with and support candidates
* Strong relationship‑building and consultative sales skills
