Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
* Engage decision-makers through structured discovery calls to uncover pain points and align solutions
* Deliver consultative product demos that showcase ROI and business impact
* Own the sales process from qualification to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable pipeline forecasts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in inside sales or SaaS sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage high activity levels and adapt quickly
* A consultative approach with a results-driven mindset
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
