Monadelphous is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Superintendents to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis.
We are looking for people with strong experience in the energy sector, with preference for those who have worked in coal fired or gas fired power stations.
As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high quality and efficient project outcomes across our operations. You'll lead onsite teams, collaborate with project personnel, and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities include
* Drive a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity and performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Provide leadership and guidance to onsite supervisors and trades teams
* Support planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with project budgets
* Identify and manage project risks, changes and technical challenges
* Act as the main point of contact for client representatives and project staff
* Lead and promote safety culture across all activities
* Ensure project compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
What you will bring
* Site based experience within the energy sector
* Coal fired and/or gas fired power station experience (highly desirable)
* Trade qualification or Cert IV in a relevant discipline (highly regarded)
* Strong working knowledge of trades and project operations
* Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and influence teams
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* A commitment to safe work practices and high performance culture
