We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager for a full-time role leading our busy Plan Management Team.

Your New Role! 


Our Plan Management (FPM) team support NDIS customer to utilise their available plan funding through the processing of invoices and management of associated documentation. The Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality PM services, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction, whilst also working tirelessly to develop, drive and execute the ‘LN Next’ Strategic Plan.


Crucial to this role will be the ability to identify, secure and manage community and commercial relationships, alongside a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to design, develop and operationalise an industry-leading service model.


You will contribute to customer and market research and lead demand and supply analysis, to aid in driving an uplift in profitability, quality and customer outcomes in both existing and new services. The Manager will also undertake a leading role in the implementation of new projects, facilitation of sector knowledge and application of positive cultural and organisational change initiatives across the organisation.


To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* Prior experience in a relevant management role, supporting and guiding a service-delivery team in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
* An in-depth understanding of the social model of disability, the provider service system, financial transactions, financial management principles and best-practice customer service standards, alongside the ability to design service models and system solutions to respond to customer and stakeholder needs
* Project management skills and experience, including the demonstrated ability to deliver strategic project initiatives, design project plans, identify resource requirements and key deliverables, track implementation and report on outcomes
* Extensive experience in the finance and disability industries and strong working knowledge of industry reforms related to the NDIS and other social insurers (e.g. TAC)
* A highly autonomous and proactive approach, outstanding positive leadership and change-management skills, strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional membership/s in the fields of Finance, Accounts Administration, Bookkeeping or Banking & Finance would be highly advantageous
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A current Working With Children Check Employee card (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination
