You rise with the sun and as the first in the Kitchen, you get everything in order for the day ahead. You keep stock levels where they should be, receive deliveries as needed and the words 'minimum wastage' have never rung truer under your watch. You live by the 3 Ps – preparation, production, and presentation – to guarantee there's not a single hiccup during the morning rush.
Teamwork really does the make dream work at this hotel and you're second to none at jumping on in and lending a hand wherever needed.
