Leading logistics company looking for a Customer Service Office

This leading company located on the North Shore is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team and play a vital role in delivering a first class service to customers.
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with internal Account Managers to support with the delivery of services to customers. Managing your own group of clients, you'll be responsible for the sourcing and logístical planning ensuring products are delivered on time. Duties include:
- Keying in orders
- Preparing quotes and contracts
- Billing and invoicing
- Locating stock
- Organising transport and logistics
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have sound organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload and ensure customers are kept up to date with the latest information. You'll have professional written communication skills and be able to manage expectations. Strong systems skills are essential along with an ability to learn complex new systems quickly.
