About the role
Club Quirindi is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Bar & Gaming Staff to join our vibrant team in Quirindi, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for serving drinks, operating gaming machines, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar area
* Assisting customers with gaming machine operations and providing guidance as needed
* Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons by adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices
* Handling cash and processing payments accurately
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
* Assisting with other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the club
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience in a bar, gaming, or customer service role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
* Familiarity with responsible service of alcohol practices and a commitment to providing a safe environment
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and RCG certification required
