About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the movement, storage, and handling of materials across our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing goods, supporting production flow, and ensuring that safety, quality, and operational standards are met at all times.
You'll work closely with teams across Intake, Despatch, and Dry Goods, contributing to the seamless supply of ingredients and finished products across The Kitchenary network.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
* Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods
* Load and unload trucks and transfers between sites
* Ensure compliance with daily operational and quality targets
* Maintain accuracy of documentation, check sheets, and inventory records
* Support production flow by coordinating timely delivery of materials
* Work collaboratively with warehouse, transport, and production teams
* Maintain housekeeping, GMP, and safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For
* Current Forklift Licence (LF) is essential
* 1–5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or food manufacturing environments
* Hands-on experience operating forklifts and handling perishable goods (preferred)
* Comfortable working in cold/freezing environments (Intake and Despatch areas)
* Comfortable handling raw food materials (Intake)
* Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work across Intake, Despatch, or Dry Goods as needed
* Australian work rights are required for this position
