Looking for a Property Manager role where you're trusted, rewarded and given real earning potential? A boutique, growing agency in Seaforth is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-managed portfolio. Working closely with the Principal, this is a hands-on role offering autonomy, support and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
The Role
* Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
* Liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
* Handling arrears and rent collection
* Managing ingoings, outgoings and lease renewals
* Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Preparing lease agreements and rental documentation
* Managing accounts and general administration
About You
* Previous Property Management experience
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration
* Driver's licence and reliable car
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities
The Opportunity
* Work directly with a hands-on Principal
* Manage your own portfolio with autonomy
* Strong earning potential – $100K + Super + Commissions (OTE circa $200K)
