YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from ourOrangeoffice, the role will see you:
* Provide high-quality Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients with specific eating/drinking and communication needs within a multidisciplinary team
* Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the client plan alongside Practitioners
* Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan
* Coach and provide on-the-job support to team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology
* Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required
* Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Current driver licence and car
* Adaptable, professional and a strong communicator
* Driven, autonomous and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals.
