Recruitment Administrator
The team seeks an organized administrator to provide administrative support for the recruitment life cycle.
* Assist with posting advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing the inbox.
* Manage communication, prepare agreements, and facilitate pre-employment checks.
* Post internal news stories on the company intranet, conduct new starter introductions, and maintain office supplies.
Key requirements include prior experience in pre-employment and onboarding, active problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial.
