Disability Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Disability Support Worker.

* Transporting clients to and from home for community activities
* Assisting clients with personal care while encouraging independence
* Accompanying groups on community activities
* Following care and behaviour support plans with healthcare professionals and family members
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Working in teams and independently with clients
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in disability or a relevant field, experience working in disability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications in disability or relevant field of study
* Experience working in disability
* Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate, kind, and patient demeanor
* Knowledge of disability rights and advocacy
* Victorian driver's licence and own fully insured car
