About the Role
As a customer experience specialist in retail banking, you'll play a key role in shaping seamless financial experiences for our customers. Your goal will be to meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available financial solutions.
You'll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, engage in in-depth needs-based conversations, and deliver products according to your accreditation level. This role is primarily based in branches and requires delivering high-quality customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for our organization.
You'll be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be passionate about delivering on our customer promises to ensure customers leave the branch with a positive impression of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy by creating real customer value
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives
* Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
* Experience in using technology and promoting its adoption among customers
* Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desired
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
* Solid understanding of compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
