Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an exceptional Territory Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and customer engagement within their assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record of driving sales expansion, managing merchandisers, and building strong relationships with customers in the Impulse and Convenience channel.


* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Manage casual merchandisers within your territory, ensuring timely execution of commercial plans and winning in-store executions.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and sales performance.


This role involves regular travel within your defined territory, approximately 3 nights away from home per month. You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.


* Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred, particularly in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets.
* Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the territory as if it's your own business across various customers.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid Full Driver's License required.
