About the Role
Our dynamic and high-performing Closure & Remediation team in Brisbane is seeking a talented, motivated, and innovative Graduate to join us. As a Graduate Engineer, you will assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects.
* Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
* Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone graduating before Feb 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
* Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
* Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
* Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
