Package: $85 737.6 - $ 94 737.76 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 12 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).
Fulltime - 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions may apply.
As a Senior Ranger, you'll work in a pivotal role that combines mentoring, operational coordination, and hands‐on work to make our community safer, cleaner, and more vibrant. This role is perfect for someone ready to use their expertise to guide others and take on higher-level responsibilities while contributing to the community in meaningful ways.
In This Role You Will
* Mentor and support the Ranger team, while ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery to the community.
* Resolve complex compliance matters with professionalism and respect.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging positively with residents, businesses, and stakeholders to promote education and resolve issues effectively.
* Contribute to improving policies, procedures, and operations to enhance community outcomes and service efficiency.

* Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Has a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.
