About the role
This full-time AI / Agent Programmer role at Rintor Pty Ltd is based in Gold Coast, Queensland. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the company's agent-based software solutions. What you'll be doing
* Design, develop and implement innovative AI and agent-based applications
* Write clean, efficient and well-documented software products
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
* Continuously research and implement the latest AI and agent-based technologies
* Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimising system performance and reliability
* Provide technical mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members
What we're looking for
* Software Engineering or a related technical field is a bonus
* Significant experience in developing AI and agent-based systems programming
* Proficiency in programming languages.
* Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing and multi-agent systems
* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
