ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship and Administration Specialist to join our Member Engagement team. This role is central to the effective operation of five CA ANZ Segment Committees and the Northern Territory CA Panel, ensuring high-quality governance, administration, and member experience.
You’ll work closely with internal committee owners, committee Chairs, and members to coordinate meetings, manage governance processes, and support the delivery of meaningful member engagement initiatives across the Northern Territory.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to outcomes that matter to members and the broader profession.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing end-to-end administration and governance support for five CA ANZ Segment Committees and the Northern Territory CA Panel, including meeting coordination, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions
* Supporting committee composition, nominations, onboarding, term extensions, and annual evaluations in line with governance requirements
* Acting as a key liaison between committee members, Chairs, and internal CA ANZ stakeholders
* Coordinating travel, accommodation, invoicing, and expense processing related to committee and project activities
* Supporting the planning and delivery of NT-based member engagement activities, forums, awards, and events
* Maintaining accurate records and systems (including Salesforce) to support effective reporting and decision-making

You are an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a stakeholder-facing role. You bring strong administration and coordination capability, paired with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent member service.
* Demonstrated experience in committee, governance, or senior administration support
* Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and members
* Experience supporting events, meetings, and projects (both face-to-face and virtual)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and think ahead
* Confidence using technology and systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
